Troubleshooting - After changing my Helm password, I cannot login to some things

Note: You can find all your original login information from the emails you received from us when you first signed up. However, if you changed any of this information since then, you might exprience an issue of not being able to login with the same password to different services and features. This is because changing your password in the control panel will not automatically change the password for FTP Accounts, email accounts, and your statistics control panel. 

 

If you lose your control panel passowrd, then the control panel has a feature to where it can generate a new one and email it to you. Please take extra care when changing your control panel passwords and store it in a safe place.

 

Email Passwords
You can change the primary email password from the control panel. You can also make new email accounts and assign them any name or passwor d you wish. Please consult other areas of our documentation for further information on email capabilities.

FTP Passwords 

You can change the primary FTP password from the control panel. You can also make multiple FTP accounts here and assign them any name or password you wish, as well as even point them to a custom directory.

 

Statistics Password
Your statistics password cannot be changed, and you will need to use the password that you were using at the time you installed the Smarter Stats component.
