How To - Forward Email between Domains

If you have an email address called sales@mysite.com and you wish for all email from sales@myothersite.com to be sent there, then you can simply create a domain alias in helm without doing anything else and the email will go there automatically.

To do this:
1) Make sure you have an email setup for your main domain (sales@mysite.com) to where the left-side (the "sales@" part) matches the address you need forwarding from.

2) Add a domain alias for myothersite.com under your main domain.
The alias in the control panel should look something like:
myothersite.com  >>>>>  mysite.com

Explanation:
Now when someone emails you at
sales@myothersite.com, it will automatically be received at your primary address of sales@mysite.com. You do not need to create any email addresses for the sales@myothersite.com, simply having created the domain alias is enough. After having this setup this works for all your email accounts, so if someone sends you an email to anyaddress@myothersite.com, it will automatically be forwarded to anyaddress@mysite.com.
