We have made several positive changes to our email servers over the past couple days which should reduce false positives and increase anti-spam protection. 1) We have implemented the GBUDB blacklist based on message sniffer (www.messagesniffer.com). After having tested many blacklists, we have reset all weighting options so that only the most accurate blacklists are weighted heavily. We have found the GBUDB listing to have the fewest false positives (even more accurate than the Barracuda list)....

As a shortcut, you can also use SMGUI.COM for a shorter and easier domain to type in the browser in order to access your web mail interface. Therefore, you would simply type "SMGUI.COM" into your browser and this same address works for ANY domain on our mail server.
